Management Board
The Management Board manages and defines the Journal planning in agreement with the Editor-in-Chief.
The Management Board ensures fairness and impartiality of the systems used to assess, accept or reject articles submitted by authors, monitoring more specifically the double-blind peer review process by identifying - from time to time - the Reviewers assessing the contributions.
The Management Board, in agreement with the Scientific Committee, defines the Journal’s strategies and editorial approach, ensuring pluralism of ideas and opinions.
The Management Board has the right to revoke any appointment as a Scientific Committee’s and Editorial Board’s member after discussion with the Editor-in-Chief.
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee is made up of experts operating in several fields of law, economics and business, appointed by the Editor-in-Chief after consulting the Management Board.
The Scientific Committee supports the Management in proposing scientific lines and ensuring the overall quality of published contributions.
The Scientific Committee is in charge of selecting topics of scientific interest deemed to be worthy of consideration, thereby contributing to defining the Journal’s editorial line.
The Scientific Committee is further in charge of promoting the Journal’s distribution at institutional and academic venues.
Editorial Board
The Editorial Board coordinates the editorial activity, performing secretarial, organizational and editing functions. It facilitates the relations between the Management Board and the Authors, provides technical support as part of the assessment procedure (i.e. it helps in the anonymisation of contributions to be sent for assessment, sends contributions to the reviewers along with the assessment form, is in charge of keeping the archive, reports situations requiring urgent assessment to the Management Board, etc.) and is in charge of the publication of contributions and of collation of the issues, in agreement with the professionals involved in the technical and IT management of the Journal's website.
